Prominent conservative legal scholar Michael Luttig is putting country first, just as Joe Biden did, to help us win the war on Democracy. Americans should read this.
I find Kamala Harris and her liberal ideology repugnant. I also find this idea of a "war on Democracy" overly dramatic. No, I don't like Trump's persona. He behaves like a buffoon. It's embarrassing but no more so than Democrats and the liberal media pretending not to see Biden's obvious cognitive impairment. I will vote for Trump over any candidate who espouses outrageous economic policies to win votes. I won't support any candidate who is determined to redistribute wealth through government subsidized programs like down payment support on first mortgages and forgiveness of student loans. Initiatives like these are the real threat to Democracy. They are an insult to financially responsible Americans.
That of course is your right. Trump tried to overturn an election he lost. Like Luttig, for me this goes beyond policy disagreements, some of which I happen to agree with you. Those are arguments for later. Today, Trump and what he represents — chaos and the destruction of democratic norms — must be stopped.
